After washing your feet and drying thoroughly, take the foot masks and tear them apart along the perforated line. Place your feet in the lining of the foot masks and fasten them with the sticker band. After 15-20 minutes, remove the foot masks and gently pat to absorb the remaining essence. The mask consists of a pair of "socks" that have glue on top so they can be fixed nicely. Unfortunately, for those of us who have feet longer than the average shoe size (in my case 41.5), there was enough moisturizing in the front part, but the heel did not come out completely, there was not enough cream at the end, which is a real shame. The mask smells very intensely of roses - for me it's ok, but I don't recommend it to people sensitive to scents.
