This gel is great and won't offend - like all Tony Moly products. It hydrates well, does not sting or burn, spreads easily, is quickly absorbed, and consumption is minimal. It is suitable for sensitive skin. I can't say that it helps with puffiness, but it does leave the skin looking nice and bright. After using it, the skin remains hydrated throughout the day. If you don't have any special skin and wrinkle needs, this cream will probably be fine for you. But it ended up not being enough for me, and after three months of use, I bought a cream from my favorite Korean brand because it just wasn't enough for my sensitive, acne-prone 30+ skin.
