The serum has a soft gel form. It is not a liquid lotion. I apply the serum to damp skin. It absorbs beautifully into the skin. I am prone to eczema and the serum does not irritate my skin at all. It hydrates the skin nicely. The large packaging is a plus.

The serum is good, it does everything it promises, but I expected a bigger wow effect, since it is so hyped. It hydrates well, feels nice on the skin. It's definitely worth trying. But next time I'll choose an equally good cheaper alternative.
